Betty Crocker Gluten Free Chocolate Cookies

I made this the other day - they were GREAT! Crisp, buttery, chocolate chippy :) They were very good, very easy and tasted "almost" just like "regular" chocolate chip cookies. If you put them out for a party my guess is no one would know the difference - however since I knew it was GF I did notice some texture differences. Of course - it didn't stop me from grabbing a mug of milk!

Once mixed it was crumbly. I used my Pampered Chef small scoop to scoop out cookies - thankfully I placed them apart because they flattened and spread out by a lot.

I would really recommend these - they were great, easy and best of all GLUTEN FREE!!!

I agree! I also found the brownie mix and the yellow cake mix. The brownies are very good, but very rich. One will do! but there are hardly any texture differences and I was really pleased. Have yet to try the cake mix, but looking forward to it, maybe next week. Just wish our Wal-Mart had them on the shelves. I bought them at Kroger and think Wal-Mart would probably be cheaper and more convenient.

I also haven't tried the cake mix yet - there hasn't been a "good" reason to make a whole cake - but I am looking forward to trying it soon!

Glad you liked the brownies. They freeze well - I wrap them in waxed paper and thaw as needed.
